Have you experienced our recently refurbished lounge bar yet? If not, our Sunday Lunch events provide the perfect opportunity.

Once a fortnight, we feature the signature dishes of a guest chef. Some are professional, others are local village folk - but all cook great food. It's a fixed price, no choice menu and great value for money. Places are strictly limited and need to be booked in advance. Contact us now for details of forthcoming dates and menus.

On the intervening Sundays, in addition to our usual menu, we also offer a roast Sunday lunch with a choice of at least two meats/poultry. On these days we are also featuring our inflation-beating £20 "Chicken Sunday Lunch". This is a special deal for families - book a table and order by Saturday night, for a whole roast chicken with all the trimmings - including roasties, Yorkshire puddings veg and gravy. You carve at your table and are welcome to take home any leftovers.

Can't make Sunday lunchtime? Then pop in on any Sunday evening for our special "Sunday Night Yorkie" - a typical Sunday roast and veg served up in a giant Yorkie!
